Aspiration meets Inspiration

Development Plus Canada delivers two types of inspirational and motivational speaker series directed towards new immigrants in Canada and the general public, including youth:

PCI Speaker Series
Through the PCI (Purposeful Canadian Immigrant) Motivational Speaker Series, Development Plus Canada's founding director inspires new immigrants with tiptop advice and shares inspiring personal testimony of successfully wading through the crowded job market in Canada. This personal testimony, coupled with talking from employer's point of view, provide a balanced perspective very different from what is offered by many career development organizations. It is personal, touching, motivational and highly inspiring.

Race Relations Speaker Series
The Race Relations Inspirational Speaker Series targets, universities, colleges, schools, places of worship and other places where people meet to talk about the need for various races, ethnicities, colour tones, backgrounds, religions and mother tongues to live together in harmony and respect one another. Development Plus Canada believes in diversity, multiculturalism, interculturalism and pluralism as the elements that define our humanity as a people. The RRI Speaker Series addresses discrimination, intolerance, racism, racial profiling and target persecution, and how people can cohabit in love, peace and harmony.

Energize your groups, clients and students by hosting any or both of our Speaker Series. They are structured to include a powerpoint presentation, and each series lasts for about an hour. They are inspiring, impactful and effective. The Speaker Series usually takes place in the evenings and weekends. DPC can also honour special request to conduct any or both of the two speaker series in any province/territory in Canada and overseas.
